Gj with the bass, but you need to make the whole thing MUCH more GRIT, the snare needs some like distortion and reverb, The bass and whatever that gritty fx was, REALLY needs to be brough out, also, try and find a better kick,
(i have really good quality subwoofers, the sound quality is not shit no worries)

I realise that and thought of that but I had nothing else to work with. I even looked up tutorials for alternative guitar sounds but those required a plug-in I don't have.

This sounds more like a sad track, I don't think the beat wasn't nessisairy, if you add anything, I think you should add some other orchestral insturments, maybe just a violin.

I was thinking that, but more of a synth feel still, giving it a chillout/lounge feeling. However, yes i was planing on putting a string in there, probably overlayed with a pad.

Like the name, it fits, hehe. Anyway, i'm not sure if this is trance, it's probably much more Aggrotech then trance (coming from someone who doesn't know what aggrotech is). Although it is composed well, and the ideas flow...
