Very quiet

Its too quiet but it is well done, it needs some more depth, perhaps more instruments for it to be a very nice orchestral peice, and perhaps get a better program for the instruments... or RSC

the drum sounds like a slice for sure, the pitch bend doesn't sound great, but thats just my opinion... Alsooo, I recognize those drums, aren't they a reproduced version of Amen, Brother? I may have used them for a few of my old old songs.

Lmao, yeah. It's Amen, I actually found a tutorial that suggested using the sample for starters, I've still got quite a bit to learn and yeah, the pitch bends where a bit odd imo. It's no where near done, but I plan on cleaning this up quite a bit. Since it sounds like you've got some experience under your belt, maybe you could provide some advice since I'm completely new to this genre.

Truly, one of a kind

This is beautiful, I honestly have never heard a western inspired song on Newgrounds, this totally blew me away, and I absolutely love the way you made it in a totally contemporary way.

The one thing I don't feel sounds right is the acoustic guitar, it doesn't sound real, I'm not sure if it's an effect you used or if you created it in a program.

They're just digital instrument samples, so I do the best I can. Of course anyone could debate how 'real' a digital sound sample is since it came from an actual guitar at one point. It all depends on what you constitute as being real, I suppose. Sadly I don't own a guitar, but I do possess knowledge of guitar chords and progression...so that helps.
